How secure is my payment?

Nair & Levin P.C. is working with PaymentVision, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant service provider, to be our payment-processing partner. PCI-DSS is the industry security standard resulting from a cooperative effort between VISA and Mastercard. It establishes a single approach to safeguarding sensitive data for all card brands. Level 1 is the highest level of compliance with the most stringent data security requirements. Your credit card and bank account payment information, rather than being saved locally, is sent directly to the PaymentVision vault where a ‘token’, a substitute for the original account information, is generated and sent back to us. With this approach, your account information is protected and never enters into our business environment.
