We can accept data from our clients via tape, diskette and electronic data interface (EDI). All of our clients receive monthly status reports on claims placed for legal collection.

To complement our software system, the firm has a predictive dialer known as Smart Dial ™ which makes automated telephone connections based on certain criteria.

To assist our banking and finance clients with delinquent loan portfolio management and foreclosure matters, we also subscribe to LenStar ™ system from the London Bridge Group. LenStar ™ allows our clients to communicate with Nair & Levin on-line, reducing the need for time consuming phone calls and facsimiles.

The firm also subscribes to LexisNexis™ legal research which allows our attorneys to review the latest developments in creditor’s rights laws, follow new legislation which may impact your business, and have instant access to the most current judicial decisions.
