ROBERT
M. LEVIN – born in Hartford, Connecticut and a lifelong
resident of the state, Bob Levin has been assisting hospitals, medical
groups, national auto financing companies and local businesses in
the collection of past due accounts for almost thirty years.
He is a founding member and past president of the Connecticut
Creditor’s Rights Attorneys Association and is a member of
both the Connecticut and American Bar Associations. Bob Levin serves
as a Corporator of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and
Hartford Hospital. Mr. Levin is also a member of the Board of Directors,

DIANA J. KEIR – born in Springfield, Massachusetts
and admitted to practice in 1989, Attorney Keir is licensed to appear

J. LEVINE – born in Bloomfield and raised in Connecticut,
Attorney Levine is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut,
Massachusetts and Florida. He is also admitted to practice before
the U.S. District Courts in those states. His practice area is focused
on protecting the rights of creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy

DIANNE M. QUIGLEY – Attorney Quigley graduated
cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 1992 with a degree
in English Literature and went on to earn her law degree from Western
New England College School of Law in 1997. Attorney Quigley's primary
practice areas include creditors' rights, mortgage foreclosure and
probate matters. Before joining the firm in 2001, Attorney Quigley
advised various national mortgage lenders regarding delinquent mortgage
accounts and accounts in foreclosure. Attorney Quigley is admitted
to practice in state and federal court in Connecticut and is also

Walter J. Onacewicz is a lifelong Hartford area resident. Attorney
Onacewicz concentrates his practice in bankruptcy matters and specializes
in representing creditors and securing their rights in state and
federal court. A former law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Krechevsky
(U.S. Bankruptcy Judge) in 1991-1992, he graduated from the University
of Connecticut School of law with high honors in 1991 and received
numerous book awards at the law school.
